Vintage Lens Performance Reviews

Good morning everyone, and welcome back to my site. Thanks to those who have the patience to follow my posts. A warm welcome to those who are here for the first time. Today’s post related “Vintage Lens Performance Reviews“.

I remind the kind followers of the site that you will find regular updates relating to each vintage lens.

New photographs, new functional comments on the experiences made with each lens. Depending on my free time, I publish new photographs on an almost regular basis. Vintage Lens Performance Reviews post, it’s just to remind you, these tests and photos.

You can evaluate it yourself by considering the real and declared parameters, the quality of the lenses, and their performances. These personal comments and photographs relate to the lens in my hands, to the adapter used, and obviously to the relevant camera.

The photographs have NOT been modified in any way. They are exactly as the camera produced them in .jpeg format. Only the personal watermark of this site has been added.

As you may have noticed, my cameras are MIRRORLESS APS-C. Different photographic results are certainly possible with FULL FORMAT cameras.

I don’t know if it’s better or worse, let’s certainly say different, because obviously APS-C and FULL FORMAT SIZE have different characteristics.

I won’t go into the debate between whether MIRRORLESS or FULL FORMAT is better, because it doesn’t fascinate me and doesn’t interest me. I respect everyone’s opinions, and that’s sufficient for me.

At the moment and according to my experience I’m comfortable with this type of camera. I don’t rule out acquiring a FULL FORMAT in the future, but at the moment it’s not on my agenda.

Obviously, environmental and especially light conditions are also extremely important for each photograph. Having said that I don’t believe they are works of art. I believe in any case that they are a rather convincing element of evaluation, in order to evaluate individual vintage lenses.

Thanks for your attention, see you in the next post.
